Department of Education Functionality

EnrolNow is dedicated to supporting over 900 services in both New South Wales and Victoria, specifically for the Kindergarten Sector of Early Childhood Education. Our product is designed to align with the Department of Education’s policies, frameworks, and data requirements, ensuring up to date solutions. Customers can trust that their system will be relevant to current sector landscape, allowing for updates and improvements as requirements evolve over time.

Current DE specific functionality available in EnrolNow includes the following.

  • Multiple Child Export

EnrolNow have a special report that services can access in their EnrolNow system. This is scripted to be in the data format required for upload into the VIC Department of Education Arrival system.*

  • Attendance Data

EnrolNow offers a Digital Sign In Sign Out (SISO) system as an optional add on for EnrolNow customers. The attendance data is automatically synced via API to DE Arrival system. 

  • DE Funding Declaration Forms

EnrolNow provides a digital funding declaration form, emailed to each enrolled child, prefilled with child & service details. The completed submission is stored as a PDF on each child’s record.

  • Pre-Prep

EnrolNow platforms are configured to accommodate Pre-Prep requirements of the Best Start Best Life Reform. Features include:

  • DE Priority of Access data fields
  • Auto-calculation of P1 & P2 eligibility
  • Pre-Prep program configuration & structure
  • Optional Pre-Prep program visibility to families

Kinderloop empower’s Early Year educators worldwide… through beautifully simple technology that allows you to document a child’s development effortlessly to your private Kinderloop, linked families are updated and engaged in real time. The EnrolNow Kinderloop integration is an API that ensures an enrolled child in EnrolNow is synced effortlessly to your Private Kinderloop. The bulk sync will occur in early January each year, with late enrolled children also syncing throughout the year.

The Payrix integrated platform offers a scalable embedded payments solutions for our Transact customers, from eDDR to ‘pay on invoice’ options with either credit card or bank transfer.
