EnrolNow’s API connection to the Department of Education Victoria’s ARRIVAL System Is Now Live

We are thrilled to confirm that EnrolNow’s API interface with the Department of Education Victoria’s ARRIVAL system for Attendance data has now been officially launched.

This milestone now enables the secure, seamless, and efficient exchange of data between Victorian early childhood services and the Department of Education. As a result of this integration, EnrolNow delivers attendance data straight from more than 300 Victorian kindergartens and preschools to the ARRIVAL system.

What This entails

With the rollout of this API integration, we underscore our dedication to easing compliance and reporting for early childhood services. By removing manual reporting and administrative workloads, it also guarantees prompt and precise service procedures—all for the benefit of improved outcomes for children and their families.

As a result of this integration, EnrolNow customers experience a seamless, end-to-end data workflow, from application to allocation, enrolment and ultimately attendance. Data gathered via the EnrolNow enrolment form is instantly relayed to our Digital SISO (Sign In Sign Out) platform, ensuring attendances are recorded without disruption and with absolute accuracy.

Since EnrolNow gathers enrolment and attendance data in one centralised place, there’s no need to duplicate information or enter details manually anywhere. Rather, the necessary data is transferred securely and automatically from EnrolNow to the Department of Education’s ARRIVAL platform, keeping services compliant while minimising their administrative burden.

What It Means

ARRIVAL is the Victorian Department of Education’s Kindergarten Information Management System for the mandatory reporting of kindergarten enrolment data. By gathering attendance data, Victoria’s DE undertakes a pivotal initiative that enhances the visibility of early childhood participation across the state. This streamlining of data transmission between EnrolNow and the system means providers can devote more attention to children and families instead of administration.
