Does being mobile friendly really matter?

We’ve analysed our form submissions across our various products and it shouldn’t surprise you to find that consistently, parents are choosing mobile as their preferred device for communication. Just think about your own patterns of behaviour… how often do you reach for your mobile phone to check emails or conduct a google search?

Sure, for the more complex enrolment forms, more families head to their desktop computer (52% desktop, 43% mobile, 5% tablet), whilst for waitlist registrations (a simpler process) the mobile phone represents a higher proportion (44% desktop, 49% mobile, 7% tablet). Regardless of the type of form, your centre should be thinking about always ensuring mobile friendly interactions are possible for your customers.

Having a mobile friendly website and means of communication shows prospective families and current families that you care about customer service and their user experience.
